  • Self Check-in/Check-out is provided at this property. No specific check-in or check-out times are listed in the available data.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • The garage is maintained as a storage space for homeowners and will not be available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or events whatsoever. If you are planning on entertaining unbooked guests or drinking excessive spirits, this is not the property for you. Traffic to the property is monitored daily by a neighborhood liaison. Violation will result in forfeiture of deposit and termination of stay.
  • No pets allowed. Please do not bring pets to this home.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs into Eagles Nest. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: offroadadventuresnc
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain amenities.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available. The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

  • All linens and towels are provided.
  • High-speed internet is available, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • The Phoenix includes high-speed internet, home stereo system, pool table, shuffleboard, poker table, outdoor hot tub, infrared sauna, four fireplaces, and nine big screen televisions including streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime Video. This cabin also offers two refrigerators, washer and dryer, gas grill, and an icemaker.
  • Tennis courts are available in the community.
  • Landline telephone is provided.
  • Bed linens and towels provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer available.
  • Hair dryer, dishwasher, toaster, stove, and oven available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Security cameras are in place outside of the home only. There are two ring cameras at each front door, two cameras on the corner of the garage monitoring the upper and lower driveway, one camera on the deck monitoring the yard, and a camera on the corner of the front of the house monitoring the perimeter.

Additional Important Notes

  • All visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • There is construction activity in the Eagles Nest community. During weekdays, guests may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including neighboring lots.
  • Guests returning to The Phoenix at Eagles Nest, or who formerly stayed at Overlook Lodge at Eagles Nest, may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will only be refunded if the property is rebooked.
